What does PLATFRM stand for?

Well obviously, it comes from the word platform. However, that domain was already taken therefore forcing us to switch to PLATFRM which is much cooler anyway!

What Can I buy here?

We sell both sustainable clothes and accessoires from upcoming fashion brands and we sell vintage items from cool vintage shops. You decide what you want to buy!

How Does PLATFRM Work?

PLATFRM is an online marketplace, the intermediary between you and a bunch of amazing brands and shops. However, once you order something the order will be handled and shipped by the brand or shop itself. 

How does shipping work?

When the brand ships your order you’ll receive a shipping confirmation. If you order from more than one brand, you will receive seperate emails for the seperate parcels. This means also that the different parcels could arrive at different times! 

Part of my order hasnt been delivered yet, what now?

Different items could arrive at different times when you order clothes from seperate brands. 

However, if you havent received an order confirmation and / or shipment notification please contact us at [email protected]

When does my order get delivered?

As we provide a platform to brands from all over deliverytimes vary according to the brand’s location as well as your own location. However, we will update you about every step along the way. First we send you an email to confirm your order and later we will send you another email to confirm shipment. 

Can I return my items?

Yes, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will accept it back within 14 days after you received your item(s).

Please note, all returned items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed and unused) and all tags must be attached with packaging in its original condition.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

How can I return an item?

This is a 5-step guide on how to return your item. 

First, send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the name of the product you want to return. 

Then, we will provide you with a return form and the correct adress as quick as possible.

Thirdly, you should place the item and the return form in the original shipping package. 

Lastly, close the package properly and ship it! 

 

What can I do when I received a faulty item?

If you receive a product that is damaged, not like what it appeared or you want to exchange it please email us within 7 days and we will work with the brands to replace or refund your product

Can I become a PLATFRM ambassador?
